Refund Eligibility

If you experience a technical issue that is verifiably on our end and it affects your ability to use the Verve AI service, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team with details of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

If you have subscribed to Verve AI but have not used it at all during the subscription period, you are eligible for a refund. Please reach out to us before the subscription period ends to request a refund.

A yearly subscription to Verve AI is a commitment for the full year. We do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel the subscription before the period ends, unless the situation falls under our refund eligibility criteria as mentioned above.

Other than the cases specified above as our refund eligibility, we do not offer refunds subscription.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply click on the Intercom button on our website to send a message to our support team. Please include your account information, a brief description of the issue (if applicable), and any relevant transaction details.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
